Chris Haase is a manager and principal of Burnett Haase Construction and Business Properties Group, which he founded with his partner, Ross Burnett. Together, they have grown their company to complete more than four million square feet of space with a construction value of more than $125 million. Business Properties Group develops, owns, and manages approximately one million square feet of retail and industrial space in the Las Vegas valley. He and Burnett also own 24/Seven Xpress, a growing chain of convenience stores in the Las Vegas valley. He is active in the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, Nevada Development Authority and Young Presidents’ Organization. He is also on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He has earned two awards from the City of Henderson’s Economic Development Division, and three Spotlight Awards from the National Association of the Industrial and Office Properties for his office-industrial developments. In addition, Burnett Haase Construction constructed baseball fields and a park for Child Haven, a nonprofit home for abused children. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in both economics and political science from the Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
